3. Monitor real-time trading performance and analytics
4. Participate in the affiliate reward program
5. Deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency assets

2.2 AI Trading System

Our proprietary Quantum Flow Engine:

1. Analyzes market data across multiple decentralized exchanges on Solana
2. Executes trades automatically based on AI-driven predictions and strategies
3. Operates 24/7 without human intervention
4. Adapts trading strategies based on market conditions

While the AI system is designed to optimize trading performance, it does not guarantee profits and all trading involves risk of loss.

2.3 Blockchain Integration

Our Services operate on the Solana blockchain:

1. All trades are executed on-chain and are publicly verifiable
2. Transaction records are permanently stored on the blockchain
3. You maintain non-custodial control of your assets through wallet integration
4. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed

2.5 Platform Availability

1. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

3. Not use false identities or impersonate others
4. Not provide fraudulent documentation

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

1. Keeping your password and 2FA credentials secure
2. Not sharing your account access with others
3. Monitoring your account for unauthorized activity
4. Notifying us immediately of any security concerns
5. Using strong security practices on your personal devices

4.4 Wallet Security

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet
2. Loss of private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access results in permanent loss of funds
3. We cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions
4. You should use hardware wallets for large amounts
5. You should maintain backups of all wallet information

4.5 Risk Understanding

You acknowledge that:

1. You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
2. You understand that AI-driven trading does not guarantee profits
3. You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
4. You understand the volatility of cryptocurrency markets
5. You are investing only capital you can afford to lose

You agree NOT to:

5.1 Illegal Activities

1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
2. Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
3. Use the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions
4. Violate any applicable securities, commodities, or financial regulations

5.2 Platform Abuse

1. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
2. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems

5.3 Market Manipulation

1. Engage in wash trading, spoofing, or other market manipulation
2. Coordinate with others to manipulate Platform metrics or affiliate rankings
3. Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage (report them instead)

5.4 Fraudulent Activities

1. Provide false or misleading information during registration
2. Use stolen identities, documents, or payment methods
3. Create fake referrals or manipulate the affiliate system
4. Misrepresent yourself as SolConnectX staff or official representative

5.5 Intellectual Property Violations

1. Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission
2. Use SolConnectX trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
3. Remove or modify proprietary notices or labels
4. Create derivative works based on our Platform without permission

5.6 Harassment and Abuse

1. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Platform staff
2. Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
3. Spam or send unsolicited communications to other users
4. Engage in discriminatory behavior

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Services belong exclusively to SolConnectX, including:

1. The Quantum Flow Engine and all AI algorithms
2. Platform software, code, and architecture
3. Website design, layout, and user interface
4. Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
5. Content, documentation, and educational materials
6. Trade secrets and proprietary methodologies

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. Access and use the Platform for personal investment purposes
2. Use approved API access according to API terms
3. Use provided marketing materials for affiliate program participation

This license does not include the right to:

1. Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works
2. Distribute, sell, or sublicense Platform elements
3. Reverse engineer or decompile our systems
4. Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (feedback, communications, etc.), but grant us:

1. A worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content
2. The right to use feedback and suggestions to improve our Services

b) Your Content and Conduct:

2. Your affiliate promotional activities
3. Your communications with other users or third parties

c) Third-Party Claims:

1. Claims by third parties arising from your use of the Services
2. Intellectual property infringement claims related to your conduct
3. Claims arising from your referrals or affiliate activities

d) Security Breaches:

1. Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
2. Loss of private keys or wallet access
3. Sharing of account credentials with others
